Pictures from Finland (I)

I’m posting a few pictures from Finland, as you have asked me.

The boat Minna’s father is building. It snowed last night, as you can see. Something hilarious: Minna’s father works for the municipality and drives a snow plough. He gets a phoncall whenever it snows, in the middle of the night even. So, last night, when his phone rang, the whole family knew it was snowing! It’s like having a direct line with the weather channel!

The center of Helsinki by night. People flying on ice skates.

Eatz. A sushi restaurant in the center. I loved it!

The subway is orange. What more can you ask of life? : )))
PICT1853.JPG

No pissing on our fence. That’s a sign on a house in our neighbourhood.

And last, but not least, me petting Pirka, out Guinee Pig. Please observe my blogger t-shirt : ))))) Minna took this picture.

More pictures to come. From the sauna, too. I did put a towel on for the photo shoot, though, don’t get too excited!

: ))))

In special legate de new media, multimedia & cyberculture…msmsmsms!

“In the center”… “downtown” adica, nu? :p
Asta imi aduce aminte de “beating the fields” sau alte perle romglezesti 🙂
