Well, the good news is Levin still writes. That’s the guy I met while waiting for my second flight. The bad news is I have trouble writing back… Because I forget a lot and I my schedule is pretty hectic. So I gave him a link to my posts in English. Luckily, I’ll remember to write emails as well.
My French friends would not be very happy if I said their English isn’t very good. The truth is, they get around. Man, the discussions we had around my blog! Click here for a post in Romanian about the national school system written after they got me thinking. They were worried I would write stuff about them and they wouldn’t understand it. Well, writing in English from time to time clears the air a little, doesn’t it? People can see I write about me, not about them! 😀
I’ve received complaints about my texts in English. I’m sorry to dissapoint some of my readers. Some would say I could write in Romanian only as I write mostly for my friends. But you see, some of my friends don’t speak Romanian! Secondly, it’s an interesting exercise to express myself in another language. I’d post in Spanish as well if I hadn’t lost my fluency in the past years.
Right now, I have published 280 posts (including this one), and this is the 8th in English. I guess it’s too soon to start worrying. I’m also happy to announce that if you subscribe to this blog via mail, you can exclude the posts in English, or any other category you find icky. Just let me know.

27/07/2006 at 6:15 PMDear Andressa, I’ve been reading your blog for a while now, and I love it.:) I like the English part as well (I whink it’s always useful to practice foreign languages :))) ). I’m a blogger myself, but definitely at another (i.e. much lower) level.
